All administration/Credit reference fees are due at the start of the application process once the offer has been verbally agreed and will secure the property for you subject to satisfactory references being received on behalf of all applicable tenants .
The administration fee covering preparation of the tenancy documentation and any other contract/administrative paperwork is two weeks of rent or £350.00 which ever is greater per tenancy, and £75.00 per applicant per Credit reference Check application.
Should a guarantor be required then a further £75.00 payment per guarantor for credit/ Reference check will be required.
